I've been helping people achieve their fitness goals for over a decade. I pride myself in knowing I can assist others in their fitness journey. I'm a self-described nerd when it comes to kettlebells, and I believe they're the best way to work the entire body in a short amount of time.

Peter Nieman is a dedicated physical trainer who never stops educating himself and is serious about health and the proper forms to use to exercise without hurting yourself and enjoying it at the same time.
His fitness center has everything you need to reach your goals and exceed them.
I have had a torn miniscus and shoulder surgery and have stayed fit throughout my recovery. When I began I was 40 pounds heavier and had diabetes. Now I am healthy and strong and always look forward to the next time through that door. The gym is also very clean!
